Columbus Ohio Continued......

This morning was spent walking the streets of Columbus having a look at all the places that Aileen used to wine, dine and hang out. Having lived here for around 10 years she was the ultimate tour guide.

Above are photos which can be enlarged, like all of the photos in this blog, by clicking on them with your mouse.

You will see everything from the town hall, beautiful parks, to the State Capital Building. The Ohio theatre is a beautiful building which i took many photographs of. The pabst blue ribbon beer sign also caught my eye high up on an apartment building.

Columbus is a lovely place with something to see and do for everyone. I can see how it would be an extremely fun place to live.

Nordstrom, Columbus Ohio

After spending the day in C-Bus we decided to go and do a little shopping..........American style. Nordstrom is a classy department store along the lines of Myer and David Jones in Australia. The only difference is that here we were fed caviar and a fine selection of cheeses and were also offered wine and designer beer to wash it down.
The plan was to go shopping and then head out to a restaurant for dinner, however after consuming large portions of the lovely food we were no longer hungry, slightly tipsy and ready for bed.
Enough said.
